This class is designed for quad roller skates, but inline skates are acceptable (not all skills taught will apply to inlines).

There are 5 levels of progression in the Beginners Class. The progression of students’ skills will determine the number of lessons necessary to complete “Beginners”. While completing 5 lessons is ideal for progressing through the 5 levels, additional classes may be necessary. At a minimum, each level takes one lesson; some individuals require more time to complete.

Additional lessons may be available for those interested in some basics of Figure/Artistic Skating.

Class participants are encouraged to stay for, or attend, additional Skating Sessions in addition to the class to practice what they have learned (best after lessons 3 or 4, which will be advised by the Coach). Additional practice between classes is greatly encouraged-- the more you put into practice, the more you will get out of the classes.

There will also be at-home activities recommended to help increase skills-- these are greatly encouraged to help move through the classes quickly and easily.

There are 5 levels of progression in the Beginners Class. The progression of students’ skills will determine the number of lessons necessary to complete “Beginners”. While 5 lessons are ideal to complete the 5 levels, additional classes may be necessary.

All skaters skate at their own risk.

To participate, students/parents must sign a liability waiver form.

No "Dropping Off" of children, parents must remain at the rink or make arrangements with the Coach.
